To make a purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over.

Purchases from our online shop may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website for resupply / resale (whether in trade or otherwise).

If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.

Pricing and Payment options + Expand

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payment via paypal.

Availability and supply + Expand

All orders are subject to the availability of products. If for any reason a product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop. If for some reason a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will refund you the cost of the product / order. We have the right to place order limits on any product at any time.

Most of our products are in-stock ready to order, but some products are pre order as we have to order from the supplier. For pre order items, please allow up to a week for dispatch.

Shipping and delivery + Expand

Please note that we must receive notice that a parcel has not arrived within 10 days of receiving a shipment notification.

Prices for goods stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges. We use NZ Couriers for our courier services. We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses. We can not post to P.O boxes . The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.

Please choose the more expensive option if you are at a Rural address, you can check if your address is considered Rural by NZ Couriers here to avoid shipping disputes

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been sent out, please take note of the tracking number. Sometimes there can be a few hours delay in tracking information becoming available. Mail services are currently under high pressure due to the effects of COVID 19 and understaffing. Please allow up to 5 working days especially if you are a rural address. If your parcel does not arrive within 7 days of receiving a shipping notification , please email office@diabeteswellington.org.nz with your order number for assistance. Delivery times will be different for public holidays and the Christmas/New Year period.

You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct- We will not refund any packages that go missing due to incomplete or wrong addresses given by the customer so please double check your address is correct !

Refunds and returns + Expand

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If you receive goods that are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

If you would like to exchange or return your order please call us on 04 499 5085 or email office@diabeteswellington.org.nz and tell us the nature of your return. We will need to advise where to return the product to. We can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of our error. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or give refunds on medical products
